Construction Operative

About the role: Join our team as a Construction Operative and take a key role in delivering exciting projects! Bring your civil, drainage, earthworks and road construction experience to the table and help us achieve exceptional results. Key tasks include: Assisting with trenching, backfilling, and general earthworks Installing pipes, ducts, and other underground utilities Operating small tools and machinery as required Supporting concreting, roading, and drainage crews Maintaining site cleanliness and safety Following site instructions and working closely with supervisors and teammates Complying with all health and safety standards and company procedures Experience: Minimum 2 year experience in Construction industry Reliable with a can-do attitude Good communication and interpersonal skills Who is CB Civil?
