CNC Programmer / Machinist We are seeking a skilled and detail-driven CNC Programmer / Machinist with strong experience in Fusion 360 to support our CAM programming and machining workflows. This is a hands-on role focused on programming complex components, improving machining efficiency, and supporting the transition to advanced manufacturing techniques such as 5-axis milling and additive tooling. Working closely with our engineering and production teams, you'll create optimized toolpaths, refine CNC processes, and help shape how we manufacture precision parts across a wide range of materials and tolerances. Skills & Experience Proven hands-on experience operating CNC milling and/or turning machines — essential Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and GD&T Familiarity with Autodesk Fusion 360 for basic program editing or CAM — advantageous Strong attention to detail and a quality-first mindset A proactive attitude and willingness to contribute beyond the machine when needed Key Software Autodesk Fusion 360 Haas CNC Controllers Key Responsibilities Set up and operate CNC machines to produce components according to job specifications Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and CAD/CAM-generated files Load raw materials and ensure machines are properly maintained and ready for operation Monitor machining processes and make necessary adjustments to maintain accuracy and quality Conduct in-process inspections and verify finished parts against specifications Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet production targets and continuously improve workflows Manual Turning & Milling – minimal input required, one of modifications or prototypes Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; a technical certificate or apprenticeship in machining is preferred Previous experience operating CNC machinery in a production or workshop setting Strong understanding of technical drawings and machining principles Ability to use precision measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges Good attention to detail and a strong work ethic Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently when required Why Join Us Access to modern CNC equipment in a clean, well-resourced workshop Be part of a supportive team focused on quality and continual improvement Opportunities to learn new technologies and work alongside engineers and manufacturing specialists A workplace that values professional growth, safety, and craftsmanship
