Skilled Labourers - Summer Season is here!

THE GIG: We are currently on the hunt for a number of experienced and Skilled Civil Labourers that hold Full Class 1 or 2, with WTR and a desire to gain more seat hours. Ideally, we are looking for those with Drainage or Roading experience operating but we are also open to those with experience outside of Civil Construction that are keen to put their best foot forward to secure a Permanent role. Skilled Labourers for these roles will ideally have 200-500 hours on various plant and machinery, must have a willingness to labour at times such as plate compaction, running string lines, boxing and various Civil tasks as required whilst also being comfortable working in a crew and following instructions. With such a strong workload, we have roles in Rolleston, Halswell, Darfield, Addington, Rangiora and Mt Cass offering 50+ hours per week with the intention for you to secure a Permanent work and in some cases apprenticeships with a number of large Civil companies! THE GOODS: Excellent starting rate Consistent workload with confirmed contracts past 2028 Mon-Fri with Saturday work at times Up-skilling and Development available Down to earth, hardworking team Big projects and big hours coming up Ongoing training and support Full PPE provided!
