What we are looking for We're looking for a proactive, relationship-focused individual to join us as Course Consultant — guiding prospective students from initial enquiry through consultation, trial arrangements and enrolment. This is a target-driven, incentive-based role with an immediate focus on course enquiries, proactive follow-up and enrolment. As you develop programme knowledge and commercial capability, you will also gain exposure to opportunities involving schools, companies and other institutional partners. What you will do Respond to enquiries through telephone, WhatsApp, email, online channels and walk-ins Understand prospective students' learning needs and recommend suitable programmes and schedules Conduct proactive telephone and written follow-up, including outbound calls Coordinate trial lessons, placement checks, registrations and payments Work toward agreed follow-up, conversion and enrolment objectives Maintain accurate records and complete daily lead and conversion reports Support renewals, referrals, open days and approved promotional activities Progressively support school and company opportunities, including proposals, quotations and tenders What you bring Bachelor’s degree; a background in education, business, communications or a related discipline is preferred. 1+ year in sales, customer service, education, hospitality or another client-facing environment is preferred Confident spoken and written English and Cantonese; Mandarin is an advantage A consultative, relationship-first approach — comfortable with outbound follow-up, not just inbound enquiries Organised and dependable under time pressure Comfortable with Google Workspace, WhatsApp, and student-management systems Able to work on-site on Saturdays and according to the agreed weekend roster What We offer Basic salary plus a performance-based incentive scheme Training in Immerse's programmes, systems and consultation approach Development from individual enrolment consultation into school and corporate partnership work
