About the role Cave Craft Art Studio is looking for a friendly, creative and energetic Art Instructor Assistant to join our team. This is a hands-on role supporting our instructors and helping guests enjoy a fun, relaxed and memorable creative experience. You do not need to be a professional artist. We are looking for someone who enjoys working with people, is willing to learn different creative techniques, and is comfortable working in a busy studio environment. Key responsibilities Assist guests with different art and craft workshops Learn and confidently guide guests through Cave Craft's workshop activities and techniques Support activities such as perfume and diffuser blending, candle decorating, painting, paint pouring, printing, jewellery making and other creative workshops Prepare materials and workstations before each activity Assist Lead Instructors during individual, family, group and corporate workshops Help guests choose materials, colours and designs while encouraging their own creativity Clean and reset workstations after workshops Ensure tools, materials and supplies are properly organised and stored Assist with basic inventory checks and inform the team when materials are running low Help maintain a clean, attractive and welcoming studio environment About you Interest in art, crafts, design or creative activities Friendly, patient and comfortable interacting with adults and children Willingness to learn multiple workshop techniques Good communication and customer service skills Responsible, organised and able to work independently when required Comfortable with hands-on work and maintaining a clean workspace Able to work as part of a small and energetic team Basic English communication is preferred Previous experience in an art studio, workshop, hospitality or customer-facing environment is an advantage, but not essential
