Ensure proper internal controls and risk management are in place within the department. Managing HR functions and core HR processes ranging from organizational review, budgeting and cost management, manpower planning and staffing analysis, compensation and benefits review, talent management, etc Working in close partnership with the management, line departments, and staff in meeting the key results areas primarily in the human resource functions by providing the leadership to HR team and at the same time, support to the Country Manager & HQ HR/Admin Group Head. Ensure compliance with corporate policies and statutory requirements, drive initiatives to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the processes and practices, and deliver quality services. Responsible for the yearly manpower budget as well as HR & Admin department’s budget Manage and control manpower cost Manage HRM processes e.g. appointment of new staff, payroll, resignation/ termination of staff, exit interviews, creation of staff database and personal files, etc. Maintain, review, and recommend appropriate staff welfare and benefits Maintain Corporate Insurance Manage staff grievances Payroll & Sales Incentive processing Review and rationalize annual compensation exercises including salary reviews, performance bonuses, etc for frontline, office & warehouse staff Verify all surveys forms by government authorities completed by the Executive, Payroll Ensure all information provided is on time and accurate Submission of Monthly Group Manpower to Group HR Ad hoc assignments/reports that assign by Group CEO, COO and Group HR PREREQUISITES: Ability to interpret and give advice on the application of Employment laws, PH Labor Law Knowledge of computerized information systems used in human resources applications. Possess good knowledge in Payroll processing & added advantage with Sprout system or payroll software Possesses professional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills Meticulous with an eye for numbers and details Good working knowledge of labor laws, and standard HR policies, procedures, and functions (i.e. staffing, compensation and benefits, HR information systems, etc) Degree in Human Resource Minimum 8 years relevant working experience in the area of HRM with 3-4 years in a supervisory role This role is 100% onsite & interested applicants please apply through JobStreet indicating current/previous/expected wage with notice period.
