Job Responsibilities Business Partnership · Work closely with business and finance functions to gather, analyze, and prioritize business requirements. · Translate business requirements into functional solutions and system enhancements. · Serve as a subject matter advisor for planning, budgeting, forecasting, and consolidation processes. SAP BPC Application Management · Maintain and enhance SAP BPC to support the organization’s business operations. · Manage master data, business rules, and planning models. · Analyze and resolve system issues. · Coordinate with vendors and development teams on system improvements. EPM Transformation & Implementation · Lead the transition from SAP BPC to the new EPM platform. · Collaborate with Finance to define future-state processes. · Prepare requirements and solution designs. · Oversee testing, data migration, and cutover activities. · Manage vendors and implementers. · Govern project governance activities and steering committee engagement. Project Delivery · Plan and manage BPC and financial planning projects. · Control project timelines, budgets, and resources. · Manage project risks and monitor project performance. · Act as a partner to the CFO and F&A team. · Drive the Digital Finance Transformation Roadmap. Process Improvement · Review and improve planning and budgeting processes to increase efficiency. · Reduce manual work in the budget and forecast processes. · Promote the use of automation and digital technology in planning and reporting processes. · Support change management and system adoption. · Drive process standardization across countries. Governance & Support · Prepare system documentation, operating standards, and user manuals. · Provide consultation and training to users. · Oversee data quality and accuracy of information used for planning. Job requirements · Bachelor’s degree or higher in Information Technology, Computer Science, Accounting, Finance, or a related field. · At least 5 years of experience in SAP BPC or Enterprise Performance Management (EPM). · Experience in budgeting, forecasting, financial consolidation, or management reporting. · Experience in project management and coordination with business users. · Possess the technical knowledge of SAP BPC, Financial Planning & Consolidation , Budgeting & Forecasting Process, Business Requirement Analysis, Project Management, Data Analysis & Reportingใ · Demonstrate strategic thinking, strong business acumen, effective stakeholder management, excellent communication and presentation skills, problem-solving ability, and leadership with a collaborative teamwork mindset.
