Develop and supervise a strategic, consistent and long-term PCS network and continue to improve product knowledge to interior designers and homeowners. Keep management informed about the market situation and competitor activities by reporting the sales activities, market trends in account responsibility. Nurturing Pipeline and Specification Actively seeking to expand new Interior Designers and Architects to create new opportunities within the luxury private residence market. Cultivate strong partnerships with interior designers and architects who are key influencers for high-net-worth and prospect homeowners by developing engagement plans to build and maintain long term relationships to enhance brand loyalty. Provide efficient end-to-end service to customers to ensure a hassle-free service experience. Support all relevant sales and marketing activities such as designer club, Product launch plan etc.. Customer Experience Identifying ideal customer profiles and mapping customer journeys to identify the gaps in customer experience across all touchpoints, for all kinds of customer interactions, transactions and engagements – from proposal until product delivery and after sales service support. Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, sales, category management, IT, Finance, etc. to ensure that gaps in the customer experience are proper fixed- irrespective of where they occur in the journey Ensuring the customer experience strategies are aligned with company business goals and outcomes Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in any field A minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in Premium Customer Sales, High-end Home Decoration or Luxury Brands Demonstrable experience leading and managing customers Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills Deep understanding of the luxury market, interior design trends and the preferences of affluent clients. Critical thinker and problem-solving skills Highly motivated, self-driven, and passionate to drive achievement Demonstrable ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines Service minded
