Job Purpose: Control the shipment process, including documentation and coordination with customs agents and shippers, to ensure effective import and export operations while aligning with policies, regulations, and business plans. Key Roles and Responsibilities: • Control the execution of cargo movements for the import process to support logistics and distribution, aligning with business plans and domestic and international regulations. • Verify import shipping documents (Invoice, Packing list, BL (Bill of Lading), Air Waybill, FTA form, Import license). • Monitor and track shipment schedules to update IEOT (Internal systems) within the timeline (according to KPIs). • Coordinate with overseas suppliers, BU, forwarders, shipping companies, and other relevant functions to receive instructions and support operations effectively. • Organize and manage the accumulation of documentation from overseas agents and receivers daily to facilitate operations. • Take care and advise staff operation to ensure effective performance and promotional preparation Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics and Supply Chain or a related field • Minimum of 2 years experience Import , Shipping and Freight Forwarder business or related field • Experience in Coordinate with overseas suppliers, BU, forwarders, shipping companies • Understanding of customs rules and policies • Proficient in computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) • Strong communication skills • Good Communication of English • Strong interpersonal skills • Ability to work under pressure Work Under Business: Central Retail Logistic Work Location: Central Rama9 (Near MRT Rama9)
