Lead employee engagement initiatives, communications, and company events. -Compliance & Operations: Manage labor relations, address grievances, and ensure disciplinary actions align with local -labor laws. Develop HR/GA policies, SOPs, and governance. -General Affairs: Oversee office operations, facilities management, and vendor compliance with local administrative requirements. Job Requirements: -Education: Bachelor’s degree in Psychology. -Deep expertise in the large-scale systems and organizational structures of global corporations, major Japanese firms, or leading Philippine conglomerates. -Experience in multi-site business models, such as the retail sector. -Experience working in companies renowned for delivering top-tier service levels within the Philippines. -Experience: 10+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership/managerial capacity in retail industry. -Expertise: Hands-on experience in core HR domains (acquisition, performance, relations) and strong knowledge of local labor law. -Skills: Strategic thinking with business acumen, strong stakeholder management, and analytical capability using data to drive decisions.
