Our client is looking for a Assistant Manager to oversee their payment process development Responsibilities Assist in planning, coordinating, and managing the rollout of new services or enhancements to existing systems Prepare operational procedures, rules, and legal agreements (e.g., with business partners) that guide participants of FPS and CHATS Work with internal teams on system design, operational processes, and contingency planning. Liaise with external parties including HKMA, HKAB, banks, settlement institutions, and legal advisers Research and analyze new business and service improvement opportunities. Assess feasibility from both business and operational perspectives Prepare presentation materials and conduct briefings for internal teams and external financial institutions. Assist in organizing promotional booths and publicity materials for FPS events Perform other duties as assigned Requirement Bachelor's degree in business administration, Banking, Finance, IT, or related disciplines. At least 2 years' experience in the financial sector preferred Strong business analysis and project management abilities. Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
