About the role This role focuses on payroll and compensation administration, ensuring accurate and timely processing of employee earnings, deductions, and benefits. You will manage employee information related to personal income tax, social security, provident fund, and other benefits, while supporting HR operations and statutory compliance requirements. Job responsibilities Prepare, verify, and process employee earnings, deductions, and payroll-related data to ensure accurate and complete payroll processing within required timelines Maintain and manage employee information related to personal income tax, social security, provident fund, and other employee benefits Prepare and review payroll, compensation, and employee benefits reports, as well as other relevant HR data to support HR management and decision-making Provide information and respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll, compensation, benefits, and employee welfare programs Coordinate with Accounting, Finance, and other relevant internal departments regarding payroll payments, employee-related expenses, and related transactions Perform payroll reconciliation and validate payroll, payment, and related data prior to salary disbursement Ensure payroll activities are completed accurately in accordance with established payroll cut-off dates and timelines Support salary benchmarking and compensation data analysis to assist in salary structure reviews and annual salary adjustments Prepare, review, and coordinate statutory submissions and required documentation with relevant government authorities in accordance with applicable regulations and deadlines Coordinate and support employee welfare programs and activities aimed at improving employees' quality of life and well-being Job Qualification Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, or other related field Bachelor at least 3.00 Approximately 3–5 years of experience in Payroll, Compensation & Benefits, HR Operations, or other related HR functions Basic knowledge of payroll processes, personal income tax, social security, provident fund, and employee benefits administration Good proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including functions and tools such as PivotTable, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, SUMIFS, and other formulas used for data analysis and validation Good numerical and analytical skills with strong attention to detail and the ability to verify data accuracy Ability to perform payroll reconciliation and identify discrepancies in payroll and employee-related data Ability to work effectively under strict payroll cut-off dates and deadlines, while managing multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously Good communication and coordination skills with the ability to work effectively with employees, Accounting, Finance, and other internal stakeholders High level of responsibility and integrity, with the ability to maintain strict confidentiality of payroll, compensation, and employee personal information Strong command of English (Required TOEIC score at least 550)
