About the role This is a full-time front desk and admin role in a lively dance studio environment. You will be the first point of contact for students, parents, and visitors, and you will help ensure the studio runs smoothly each day. Key responsibilities Front desk and counter duties. Greet and assist students, parents, and visitors. Check students in and out. Take attendance and update booking records. Handle payments, receipts, and daily sales tally. Ensure opening and closing sales tallies are accurate. Maintain basic studio tidiness and cleanliness. Support general admin tasks as needed. Report daily matters and issues to the Studio Manager. About you Responsible, punctual, and organised. Good communication and customer service skills. Comfortable working evenings and weekends. Able to handle cash and payment records carefully. Basic computer and WhatsApp skills. Able to work independently and stay calm during busy periods. Prior admin, receptionist, or customer service experience is an advantage.
