The Role in Brief Reporting directly to the Director of Engineering, your responsibilities will include (but not limited to): Deliver AI powered solutions driving both internal efficiencies and new customer value through data insights AI/ML Solution Implementation: Work closely with business leaders and data scientists to understand user needs and transition AI/ML prototypes into production-ready solutions Full-Scale Model Deployment: Design, develop, and deploy scalable machine learning models and algorithms to solve complex business problems. Data Integration: Ensure efficient collection and integration of data from diverse sources for training and validation of AI models. System Integration: Collaborate with tech teams to integrate AI/ML solutions seamlessly into existing systems and enhance data collection processes. Your profile We are currently hiring for two positions and welcome candidates who meet the following: Experience level: From junior profiles to candidates with up to 5 years’ relevant professional experience. You have recently completed a V.I.E. program or wish to undertake one. Solid understanding and practical experience with AI/ML technologies, data handling, and system integration. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural and fast-moving environment. Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus. A genuine enthusiasm for Artificial Intelligence and its practical applications in operations, quality control, or client management; experience leveraging AI tools to improve productivity and decision-making is a strong plus.
