Overview: We’re seeking experienced conveyancers skilled across all areas, ready to join a smart, fully remote team. You will be responsible for: Contract exchange Prepare Seller Disclosures - Form 2 Conduct necessary searches and enquiries Manage conveyancing files from start to settlement Liaise with clients over phone or video calls Ensure a smooth and timely settlement process Collaborate closely with colleagues and legal support The Benefits: Work from home. Job requirements Minimum 3 years’ experience in conveyancing, able to handle a range of conveyancing matters- commercial, subdivision or off-the-plan experience is a definite plus. Skilled with PEXA and Revenue Duties compliance Strong attention to detail and organisation skills Ability to stay calm under pressure Positive, collaborative , client-centric and aligned with our values of service excellence.
