About the role Perform the full Sales Associate role while acting as the store's technical representative for On product — translating CloudTec®, Speedboard® and Helion™ into practical fit advice for customers, and lifting the product knowledge of the wider team through training and floor coaching. Key responsibilities Deliver the On customer experience end to end and meet individual and store sales targets Conduct fittings: foot measurement, gait observation, treadmill trials Operate POS; handle transactions, returns, customer orders and after-sales issues Maintain VM standards, replenishment, stockroom order, deliveries and stock counts Support store events, community runs and brand activations Be the store reference on the full On range — franchise positioning, cushioning, drop, upper construction and use case Match customers to product based on goals, mileage, surface, biomechanics and injury history, including advising against a purchase when needed Advise on shoe rotation and apparel technology Stay current on launches, model updates and competitor product Handle escalated technical questions and complex fittings; feed customer insight back to retail and buying Deliver product onboarding for new SAs plus refreshers and pre-launch briefings Coach on the floor in real time; observe fittings and give feedback Maintain store training materials and fit guides; flag knowledge gaps to the Lead Sales Advisor About you 1–3 years in footwear, sportswear or specialty running retail Active runner — able to run 10 km at 6:00/km or faster; the role involves demos, group runs and testing product personally Real interest in running and footwear product; follows launches and technology across brands Solid grasp of running shoe construction, biomechanics and fit, or clear aptitude to get there fast Excellent communication skills in Thai — able to translate technical product knowledge into clear, practical advice for customers and for fellow staff, and confident presenting to and coaching peers Consistent record of hitting sales targets Conversational English sufficient to follow brand training materials and serve international customers Available for retail hours including weekends and public holidays; able to stand for long periods and handle stock
