About the role This is an HR Operations role responsible for managing day-to-day HR functions, employee relations, recruitment and manpower deployment, onboarding, compensation coordination, client management, HR compliance, and team leadership. The role requires ownership, independence, and the ability to manage multiple HR priorities simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and professionalism. Key responsibilities Manage day-to-day HR operations and ensure timely and accurate resolution of employee concerns Handle employee relations matters, including attendance, tardiness, absenteeism, disciplinary cases, Notice to Explain (NTE), Notice of Decision (NOD), incident reports, and other employee-related documentation Conduct employee counseling and ensure proper documentation and follow-through of cases Lead and/or support end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing and screening to interviews, endorsement, onboarding, and deployment Coordinate closely with clients and operations teams regarding manpower requirements, hiring timelines, candidate qualifications, and deployment schedules Manage and monitor the end-to-end onboarding process of new hires Coordinate with Payroll and Finance teams regarding attendance, timekeeping, salary adjustments, deductions, incentives, and other payroll-related concerns Maintain professional communication with clients regarding manpower requirements, employee concerns, deployment, attendance, performance, and disciplinary matters Supervise, guide, and develop HR team members in the performance of their assigned responsibilities Ensure compliance with company policies, labor regulations, client requirements, and internal HR procedures About you Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field At least 3–5 years of relevant HR experience, preferably with exposure to HR operations, recruitment, employee relations, and/or manpower services Strong knowledge of HR processes and employee lifecycle management Working knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR compliance Experience handling employee relations and disciplinary cases is highly preferred Strong written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational and time-management skills Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and other HR-related systems Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
