KOL & Creators Manager

About the role Menscape Clinic is a licensed men's health and aesthetics clinic at BTS Sukhumvit with 12 doctors across urology, surgery, aesthetic medicine and regenerative medicine. Around 60% of patients are English-speaking: Bangkok and international patients who travel here for treatment. You will build a programme from zero, owning both influencer marketing and partnerships. In this segment, partnerships and referral routes convert better than posts. Key responsibilities Build relationships with English-language creators (YouTube health and fitness, Instagram, podcasts) whose audiences include Bangkok considering treatment abroad. Open partnership channels beyond creators:communities and groups, gyms and coaches, corporate wellness. Develop medical-tourism referral routes: hotels, concierge services, insurance and assistance brokers. Negotiate and own commercial terms on both sides: deliverables, exclusivity, content usage rights, renewals. Give every creator and partner a tracked link or LINE / WhatsApp entry point, so performance is judged on enquiries and booked patients rather than views. Report monthly on what to repeat, renegotiate or stop. Run anything making a clinical claim through physician sign-off, and brief partners on the rules governing a licensed Thai clinic's advertising. Commission what a partnership needs from the content producer: doctor interviews, clinic footage, assets a partner can run in their own channel. Coordinate with the Thai KOL manager, who owns the Thai creator roster, so the two programmes share creative, learnings and standards. About you English, written to a professional standard. Much of this job is written: outreach, briefs, proposals, contracts. Business development, partnerships or influencer marketing experience with commercial outcomes you can describe. Comfortable negotiating and contracting, including usage rights and payment terms. Real familiarity with the Bangkok landscape and/or medical travel: where these actually spend their time, online and off. Discretion and maturity. The subject is sexual health, hormones, hair loss and surgery, and patient privacy under PDPA is absolute. Organised enough to hold many partners, deadlines and contracts at once.
