Cloud Solution Architect

General Description of Duties and Responsibilities Lead cloud architecture design for key customers and communicate effectively with executives and IT management. Lead the analysis of key customers’ business insights, including those in the Internet, logistics, retail, and real estate sectors. Utilize cloud products and solution capabilities to analyze customer requirements, design solutions, and develop cloud architecture for public cloud projects. Be responsible for the migration and online delivery of public cloud services, and participate in and ensure the successful delivery of major projects. Work closely with the Sales, Business Development, R&D, SRE, and other teams to ensure service delivery and the continuous operation of key customers’ environments. Keep up to date with technological trends in cloud computing, AI, IoT, and related fields. Develop a deep understanding of major cloud competitors, as well as key technologies and solutions. Educate customers on the value proposition of public cloud solutions and share knowledge of cloud technologies. Candidate Requirements Experience in architecting, operating, and migrating solutions built on virtualization technologies—including computing, networking, and storage—as well as cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, and GCP in complex enterprise environments. Experience working with on-premises infrastructure and large enterprise customers. Comfortable presenting and communicating with executives, IT management, and developers. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to adjust discussions to suit different levels of stakeholders. Proficiency in English is required for effective communication with customers and internal teams. ( Chinese will be considered an advantage ) Willingness to learn new technologies, with a strong ability to adapt and learn quickly. Familiarity with common enterprise services and products, such as security, directory services, virtual desktop infrastructure, Oracle, and SAP.
