Our client is a leading international company in the aviation industry company seeking a Sourcing Specialist to strengthen supplier development, sourcing strategies, and cost-saving initiatives. The role will manage supplier development, material sourcing, price negotiation, and cross-functional coordination to ensure quality, timely delivery, and compliance with aerospace requirements. Responsibilities: Manage RFQs, supplier sourcing, development, and assessment for new projects Develop new materials and suppliers from PO through first delivery approval Issue POs and monitor suppliers to ensure timely parts delivery Review supplier FAI, PPAP, and engineering change documentation Conduct price analysis and negotiate annual cost-saving initiatives Maintain supplier, pricing, lead-time, MOQ, and approved supplier data in ERP Manage NDAs, purchase agreements, and supplier Codes of Conduct Coordinate with Engineering, Quality, Management, and other related teams Take ownership of assigned sourcing projects from initiation to completion Ensure sourcing activities comply with company procedures and EASA Part 21 requirements Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering 5+ years’ experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, category management, or contracting Experience in the textile industry Ability to read drawings and understand GD&T Strong supplier management and price negotiation skills Basic Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills Good English communication skills Willingness to travel domestically and overseas Strong can-do attitude and teamwork skills
