Job Overview We are seeking an experienced ERP Project Manager lead end-to-end ERP implementation projects. The role involves working closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and external vendors to deliver scalable ERP solutions that support business operations across multiple functions. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in ERP implementation (especially Odoo), strong business process understanding, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a client-facing environment. Key Responsibilities Project Management Lead and manage end-to-end ERP implementation projects Handle multiple concurrent projects across different clients or business units Coordinate with internal teams, developers, and external vendors Monitor project timeline, scope, risks, and deliverables Ensure successful project delivery aligned with business goals Translate business requirements into functional specifications ERP Implementation Implement ERP solutions across core business modules such as: Procurement (P2P), Sales (O2C), Inventory and Warehouse Management, Accounting & Finance, Manufacturing / POS (if applicable) Configure ERP modules and support system testing and UAT Integration & System Coordination Work with technical teams on API integrations with external systems Support integration with platforms such as: E-commerce platforms , Warehouse management systems (WMS), Payment gateways Stakeholder Management Act as the main point of contact for clients Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, or related field 5+ years of experience in ERP Implement or IT project management Hands-on experience with ERP Odoo systems Strong understanding of business processes across multiple functions Experience managing client-facing projects Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
