IT Production Analyst / Specialist (Major Bank)

We are searching for a high calibre IT Production Analyst / Specialist to work on IT Production Management and Support in a Bank. Responsibilities: Manage and mentor teams to ensure the implementation of production safety protocols. Oversee day-to-day operations of live systems, applications, and core infrastructure. Lead the response to critical system outages and coordinate resolution. Conduct post-incident reviews to identify permanent fixes and prevent recurring bugs. Maintain and regularly test Disaster Recovery (DR) and Business Continuity plans. Requirements: Bachelor Degree or above in Computer Science or related disciplines Solid experience in Incident Management/ Systems Management / Network Management / Application Development ITIL certification holder is a plus Good people skills and communications skills Benefits: Attractive remunerations will be offered to the successful candidates.
