Assistant HR Manager (HR Development) Our client is a leading international company in the aviation industry and is looking for an Assistant HR Manager (HR Development) to join their Human Resources team. This role will play an important part in driving the company’s Learning & Development, Organizational Development, Employee Engagement, and Internal Communications strategies. The successful candidate will work closely with senior management and key stakeholders to develop people capabilities, strengthen organizational culture, and support the company’s long-term growth. Key Responsibilities: Learning & Development Lead the annual Training & Development plan, including Training Needs Analysis (TNA), budgeting, KPIs, and effectiveness evaluation. Identify learning and development needs in collaboration with department heads and line managers. Design and implement training programs covering both technical and soft skills. Lead upskilling, reskilling, onboarding, Individual Development Plans (IDPs), and leadership development initiatives. Manage internal training programs and external training providers. Evaluate training effectiveness and continuously improve programs based on business needs and employee feedback. Ensure training records and activities comply with relevant regulations. Organizational Development & Talent Management Support HR strategy and organizational development initiatives. Develop and maintain competency frameworks, career paths, and succession planning programs. Support talent development and build a pipeline of high-potential and future leaders. Drive employee development initiatives aligned with business strategy. Support performance and development processes by linking employee performance with development plans. Lead change management and people transformation initiatives. Employee Engagement & Culture Manage the Employee Engagement Survey process, including analysis, action planning, and follow-up. Partner with functional leaders to develop and implement engagement improvement plans. Monitor engagement initiatives and report progress to HR leadership. Develop recognition and reward initiatives to enhance employee motivation and engagement. Analyze engagement data to identify opportunities for improvement and translate insights into actionable HR initiatives. Internal Communications Develop and implement internal communication strategies aligned with company goals and HR initiatives. Prepare company announcements, HR communications, newsletters, and internal campaigns. Coordinate communications for town halls and employee engagement activities. Develop engaging content to promote HR and Training & Development initiatives. Manage the internal communication calendar and evaluate communication effectiveness. HR Projects & Team Management Lead HR projects related to People Development, Learning, Organizational Effectiveness, and Employee Engagement. Support digital transformation and change initiatives from a People & Culture perspective. Manage and develop the HRD team to ensure strong performance and operational excellence. Work closely with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders to deliver projects on time and within budget. Prepare reports covering HRD activities, KPIs, project progress, and budget utilization. Requirements: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources Development, Industrial Psychology, Organizational Development, or a related field. 6–7 years of experience in HR Development, Learning & Development, Training, or a related field, including at least 2 years in a supervisory or assistant managerial role. Strong experience in Learning & Development, Organizational Development, Talent Management, Succession Planning, and Leadership Development. Proven experience in Employee Engagement and Culture Enhancement. Experience managing HRD/HROD projects. Good knowledge of Thai labor laws and HRD-related regulations. Strong project management, analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Excellent writing, editing, and content development skills. Proficient in Microsoft 365, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, and Teams. Experience with HRIS, Learning Management, or Training Systems is an advantage. Strong command of written and spoken English. Proactive, adaptable, results-oriented, and able to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
