Seeking an experienced Family Lawyer to join the team and take a leading role in delivering high-quality legal advice and representation across a broad range of family law matters. About the role You will manage your own complex family law files while working closely with clients to achieve practical, commercially sound outcomes. The role offers the opportunity to work on challenging matters, build strong client relationships and contribute to the continued growth of the practice. Your responsibilities will include: Managing complex parenting and property matters from commencement through to resolution. Providing strategic, commercially focused legal advice. Conducting negotiations, mediations and court appearances. Building and maintaining strong client relationships. Mentoring junior lawyers and contributing to the development of the wider team. Taking an active role in the ongoing growth and reputation of the practice. About you You will be an experienced family lawyer with strong technical knowledge, sound judgment and excellent communication skills. You will be confident managing complex matters independently and comfortable appearing in court and negotiating with other practitioners. We are looking for someone who is: An Australian-qualified lawyer with significant family law experience. Experienced in complex parenting and property matters. A confident advocate and negotiator.
