We are looking for a Business Development Executive who can build strong relationships with our existing B2B customers and other financial services providers to ensure they receive the highest service while seeking to identify new opportunities for business growth. Responsibilities: Grow B2B Wealth Partnerships: Identify and onboard wealth management partners, including external asset managers (EAMs), multi-family offices, and institutional advisory firms, to drive platform adoption and AUA growth; Manage High-Value Relationships: Serve as the primary point of contact for B2B clients, delivering tailored support, deepening engagement, and cultivating long-term strategic relationships; Bridge Front-to-Back Teams: Work cross-functionally with Product, Operations, and Compliance to streamline onboarding, enhance platform functionality, and deliver a seamless client experience; Lead Market Outreach & Collaboration: Partner with fund houses, ETF providers, and financial institutions to co-host seminars, drive investor education, and secure event sponsorships; Drive FinTech-Led Expansion: Explore and develop innovative business opportunities with custodian banks, brokerages, and ecosystem partners to expand the platform’s value proposition. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Information Systems, Communication or a related field; Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in relationship management, account management, or financial services; Demonstrated ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships; Proven ability to expand and acquire new B2B business partnerships; Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills; Self-motivated, result-driven, and able to work under pressure; Solid understanding of mutual funds, bonds, stocks, ETFs, and other investment products; Holder of SFC Type 1 and/or Type 4 licenses is a plus; Candidates with more experience will be considered for the Senior Executive, Business Development position.
