About the Role Datafarm is looking for a Product Manager – Technology & Cybersecurity to drive the development, growth, and market expansion of our technology and cybersecurity products. You will work closely with Management, Cybersecurity, Engineering, UX/UI, Sales, Presales, customers, and business partners to identify problems worth solving, define product direction, prioritize opportunities, and turn ideas into products that create measurable business and customer value. A key responsibility will be leading Personar , Datafarm’s cybersecurity platform, while also contributing to broader product and business initiatives across the organization. We are looking for someone who can connect customer needs, business goals, market opportunities, partner ecosystems, and technology capabilities and turn them into clear product decisions and execution plans. About Personar Personar is a cybersecurity platform developed by Datafarm that helps organizations discover, monitor, and manage external cyber risks and threat information. Key Responsibilities Product Strategy & Discovery Understand customer problems, market needs, and business objectives to identify product opportunities. Define product vision, objectives, priorities, roadmap, and success metrics. Conduct customer interviews, product discovery, market research, and competitor analysis. Evaluate new products and features based on customer value, business impact, effort, and strategic fit. Identify opportunities for new products, services, and improvements across Datafarm’s technology portfolio. Product Development & Delivery Define product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and expected outcomes. Prioritize and manage the product backlog in collaboration with Engineering and other stakeholders. Work closely with Engineering, UX/UI, QA, and Cybersecurity teams throughout the product development lifecycle. Make trade-offs between scope, timeline, customer value, and technical constraints. Validate solutions through testing, UAT, customer feedback, and product usage. Continuously improve products based on customer, market, and business insights. Customer & Commercial Collaboration Work directly with customers to understand their challenges, workflows, and product needs. Collaborate with Sales and Presales teams on customer opportunities and product positioning. Support RFI, RFP, enterprise requirements, product demonstrations, and customer discussions when required. Translate customer feedback into product insights while balancing individual requests against overall product direction. Support go-to-market planning, product packaging, and product communication. Partner & Channel Development Work with distributors, resellers, technology partners, and other business partners to expand product reach. Coordinate with partners to bring Datafarm products into new sales channels and customer segments. Support initiatives to distribute products through partner ecosystems, including nationwide channel networks and regional markets. Define product positioning, packages, commercial requirements, and materials needed for partner channels. Work with Sales and partners to understand market feedback, customer demand, and opportunities from different regions or industries. Support partner onboarding and product enablement, including product presentations, training materials, use cases, and sales support content. Evaluate potential partnerships based on strategic fit, market opportunity, product capability, and expected business impact. Coordinate internal teams to ensure products are ready for partner-led sales and delivery. Business & Product Performance Define and track product KPIs and success metrics. Analyze product adoption, customer feedback, market trends, channel performance, and commercial results. Develop business cases for new products, features, partnerships, or strategic investments. Present product direction, priorities, trade-offs, and recommendations to Management. Ensure product initiatives contribute to both customer value and Datafarm’s business objectives. Qualifications Required Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, Information Systems, or a related field. 3–5 years of relevant experience in Product Management, Product Ownership, Business Analysis, or technology product development. Experience working with software products or technology teams. Strong product thinking, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills. Experience gathering customer insights and translating them into product decisions. Ability to define product priorities, requirements, and success criteria. Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work effectively with business, technical, customer, and partner stakeholders. Comfortable making decisions and trade-offs under uncertainty. Good presentation and documentation skills. Able to read and understand English business and technical documentation. Preferred Qualifications Experience working with B2B, enterprise software, SaaS, or technology products. Experience working with distributors, resellers, system integrators, or technology partners. Experience with partner or channel-driven go-to-market models. Experience working directly with enterprise customers. Experience with product discovery, customer interviews, or market validation. Experience supporting Presales, RFI, RFP, or enterprise product discussions. Experience conducting market, competitor, or business analysis. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum and tools such as Jira, Confluence, Figma, or Miro. Background or experience in Cybersecurity, Information Security, or cybersecurity-related products will be considered a strong advantage.
