About the role This role provides confidential and accurate data entry, support, and maintenance across People systems, with first line support for employee requests regarding programs, policies, and resources. You will be responsible for US and global employment verifications request processes and execution, and provide administrative support to the People Ops, Rewards, and Analytics teams. Key responsibilities Confidential and accurate data entry, support, and maintenance across People systems Provide first line support in response to employee requests regarding programs, policies, resources, etc.; triage, prioritize, and escalate as appropriate Responsible for US and global employment verifications request processes and execution Provide administrative support as needed to the People Ops, Rewards, and Analytics team Provide support for ad-hoc requests and tasks as needed About you 5 or more years of HR administration experience Proficient using Workday to execute business transactions, maintain accuracy, and conduct audits or a similar HRIS Proficient in using any ticketing system Proficient in Google Suite Can work autonomously and resourceful in finding information Thrives in a fast-paced environment Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information Creative problem solver Strong administrative skills Experience in high growth company a plus
