About the role This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working between Sales and Engineering. You will work closely with the international team, understanding customer requirements, developing the right technical solution, and helping the Sales team win the opportunity. Key responsibilities Work closely with Sales to understand customer requirements and business challenges Design and propose IT Infrastructure solutions covering Network, Infrastructure, Cloud and Systems Join customer meetings with Sales and provide technical consultation Prepare solution proposals, quotations, system diagrams and related technical documents Present solutions and explain technical concepts clearly to customers Support PoCs, demos and technical discussions when required Coordinate with Engineers, Delivery and other internal teams to ensure the proposed solution is practical and commercially viable Support Sales throughout the opportunity and contribute to closing deals About you 4+ years of experience in Pre-Sales , Solution Consulting, IT Infrastructure, Network, Cloud or related areas Strong technical foundation in Network / Infrastructure / Cloud / Systems Good understanding of the sales process and willingness to work closely with Sales Confident communicating with customers and explaining technical solutions Good spoken English is required Strong communication, presentation and problem-solving skills Customer-facing experience is highly preferred Why This Role?
