Human Resource Business Partner (Insurance Business)

About the role Acts as a single point of contact for employees and managers for key business units and internal clients. Operates as an internal business consultant, supporting key business units and internal clients in aligning business and people strategies, directions and objectives. Key responsibilities Proactively support the delivery of HR Processes at the client's side Manage related HR Projects for the key business units and internal clients Build a strong business relationship with the business units, internal clients and employees Actively identify gaps, propose and implement changes necessary to cover risks Facilitate the management team to bring best solutions for employees Implement and maintain recruitment activities to ensure that recruitment standards are maintained at the highest practicable level and that recruitment processes are delivered professionally Manage manpower plan and manpower requisition and establish recruiting requirements by studying organization plans and objectives Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle for the organization Create and execute a strategy for talent acquisition and determine best recruiting and selection models in consultation Qualification Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources or any related fields Minimum 8 years of experience in related HRBP in insurance, finance, banking Strong communication and coordination skills Good command of English (speaking, writing and reading) Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize those tasks and meet deadlines Ability to work in an environment that is dynamic, fast paced and constantly changing Able to work under limited resources and high pressure
