Description Developing and implementing strategic business plans to expand market presence in the Asia Pacific region. Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities to achieve sales targets. Building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders. Analysing market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities. Collaborating with internal teams to align sales strategies with overall business objectives. Managing contract negotiations and ensuring customer satisfaction. Preparing and presenting regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management. Attending industry events and conferences to network and promote the company's products. Profile Bachelor degree in Business or related subject Proven track record in business development within the retail industry. Strong understanding of the Asia Pacific market and its dynamics. Excellent negotiation and communication skills. Ability to analyse data and market trends effectively. Proficiency in managing client relationships and closing deals. Capability to work independently and as part of a team. Fluency in English, with additional language skills being an advantage.
