About the Role We are seeking a highly detail‑oriented Material Planner to join our supply chain team in the luxury watch and handbag sector. This role demands clear thinking and capable of managing large volume of SKU with varying product and packaging requirements, ensuring accurate execution across multiple vendors and markets. You will be the key link between purchasing, production and logistics — ensuring every order is planned, tracked, and delivered on time Key Responsibilities Purchasing & Order Processing – Create and manage purchase orders, ensuring accuracy in product codes, packaging specs, and delivery timelines. Inventory Control – Maintain accurate ERP records (NetSuite experience preferred), including incoming/outgoing documentation. SKU Management – Oversee 500+ SKUs, ensuring correct product and packaging details are communicated to downstream vendors. Vendor Management – Build strong relationships with suppliers, monitor performance, and follow up on tight schedules to ensure timely order execution. Logistics Coordination – Organize and track shipments, ensuring on‑time delivery and smooth operation arrangement. Cross‑Functional Collaboration – Work closely with design, production, and sales teams to align material availability with launch timelines. Requirements Experience – Minimum 3 years in supply chain, material planning, or purchasing, ideally in luxury goods, fashion accessories items. Technical Skills – Proficient in MS Excel; ERP experience required, NetSuite a strong advantage. Language Skills – Good command of English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin). Mindset & Attributes – Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy under pressure. Strong organizational skills with a clear, structured approach to work. Ability to manage multiple transactions across different companies without confusion. Excellent communication skills for vendor interaction. Analytical thinker and proactive problem solver. Industry Knowledge – Familiarity with watches and handbag is an advantage but not essential; passion for luxury craftsmanship is a plus.
