Advise customers on suitable loan products, interest rates and repayment terms . Verify supporting documents and ensure applications meet bank/lender requirements and compliance guidelines . Liaise with customers, credit teams and other departments to facilitate loan approval and disbursement . Maintain customer relationships and follow up on applications, documentation and outstanding requirements.
