Job Summary We are looking for a Product Owner to take ownership of our IT Training and IT Solution Product Portfolio , covering a wide range of technology products, certifications, training programs, and business solutions. The role is responsible for understanding market and customer needs, defining product direction, managing the product lifecycle, and working closely with internal and external stakeholders to develop and improve products that create both customer value and business growth . The Product Owner will work across various technology domains, such as Microsoft, AWS, Oracle, ITIL, CompTIA, SaaS, Cloud, Cybersecurity, Infrastructure, Data, AI, and other emerging technologies. Key Responsibilities 1. Product Strategy & Portfolio Management Define and develop product vision, strategy, roadmap, and priorities in alignment with business objectives. Manage and oversee the company's IT Training and IT Solution Product Portfolio . Identify new products, technologies, services, and business opportunities based on market trends and customer needs. Analyze product performance, market demand, competitors, pricing, and profitability. Develop strategies to grow existing products and introduce new products to the market. Manage the product lifecycle from Product Discovery → Development → Launch → Growth → Improvement . 2. IT Training Product Management Develop and manage training products covering various technology and professional certification areas, such as: Microsoft AWS Oracle ITIL CompTIA Cloud & Infrastructure Cybersecurity Data & AI Networking Software Development SaaS and Enterprise Technology Other technology and professional certification programs Identify market demand and emerging skills to develop new training programs. Work with Trainers, Technical Teams, Sales, Marketing, and Business Development to design and improve training offerings. Define course structure, target audience, learning objectives, delivery format, and value proposition. Monitor training feedback, customer satisfaction, enrollment, revenue, and product performance. Develop new training packages, learning solutions, workshops, bootcamps, and customized corporate training programs. 3. IT Solution Product Management Manage and develop IT Solution products and services based on customer and market requirements. Work with Presales, Sales, Technical, and Solution Architecture teams to understand customer problems and translate them into product or solution requirements. Define product scope, features, value proposition, target customers, and use cases. Support the development of solution packages, SaaS offerings, managed services, cloud solutions, and other technology services. Evaluate new technologies, platforms, vendors, and partners that could be developed into new products or solutions. Ensure solutions are commercially viable, scalable, and aligned with customer requirements. 4. Product Discovery & Requirements Conduct market research, customer interviews, and stakeholder discussions to identify customer pain points and opportunities. Translate customer and business requirements into Product Requirements, User Stories, Features, and Acceptance Criteria . Prioritize product features and initiatives based on business value, customer impact, feasibility, and strategic importance . Validate product ideas through Proof of Concept (POC), pilot projects, customer feedback, and market testing. 5. Cross-functional Collaboration Act as the key product owner and coordinator between: Sales Presales / Solution Technical / Engineering Training / Trainers Marketing Business Development Customers Technology Partners / Vendors Communicate product vision, priorities, requirements, and expected outcomes across teams. Coordinate product development and delivery to ensure products are launched according to defined objectives and timelines. Support internal teams with product knowledge, positioning, use cases, and product documentation. 6. Go-to-Market & Commercialization Develop Go-to-Market (GTM) strategies for new and existing products. Define target customers, positioning, value proposition, pricing direction, and sales approach. Work with Sales and Marketing teams to develop product presentations, sales materials, brochures, campaigns, and other enablement materials. Support Sales and Presales teams in presenting product value and use cases to customers. Identify opportunities for cross-selling, up-selling, bundling, and product expansion . 7. Product Performance & Continuous Improvement Define and monitor Product KPIs and business performance . Analyze revenue, margin, customer acquisition, customer feedback, utilization, adoption, and other relevant metrics. Gather customer and internal feedback to continuously improve products. Identify underperforming products and develop improvement or repositioning strategies. Make data-driven recommendations regarding product investment, expansion, or discontinuation. Qualifications Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields . 2–5 years of experience in Product Owner, Product Manager, Business Analyst, Project Manager, Presales, Solution Consultant, or related roles. Experience in IT, Technology, Software, Cloud, IT Training, IT Solution, SaaS, or related industries . Strong understanding of Product Management and Product Lifecycle . Strong ability to understand both business requirements and technology concepts . Experience working with multiple stakeholders across business and technical teams. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills. Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. Able to manage multiple products, projects, and priorities simultaneously. Good command of English for communicating with technology partners, vendors, and reviewing technical/product documentation.
