Join a leading global luxury retail brand and play a key role in shaping its AI transformation journey. You will lead the design, architecture, and delivery of enterprise AI solutions across the Microsoft ecosystem. Working closely with technology leaders, business stakeholders, and AI teams, you'll identify high-value AI use cases, drive implementation, and provide technical leadership on AI strategy and architecture. Key Responsibilities Enterprise AI Solution Architecture: Design, validate, and implement scalable AI architectures leveraging Azure AI Foundry, Microsoft Copilot Studio, and Azure cloud services to support enterprise-wide AI initiatives. AI Use Case Discovery & Delivery: Partner with business units and technology teams to evaluate, prioritize, and deliver high-impact AI use cases across functions. AI Engineering & Development: Build end-to-end AI solutions including copilots, AI agents, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) applications, workflow automation, and enterprise AI integrations from proof-of-concept through production deployment. Technical Leadership & Advisory: Act as the subject matter expert for AI technologies, advising technology leadership on AI capabilities, architecture decisions, implementation approaches, and emerging trends within the Microsoft AI ecosystem. AI Enablement & Team Training: Mentor and upskill AI engineers, developers, and technical teams by providing guidance on AI development best practices, architecture patterns, governance, and enterprise AI adoption. Platform Modernization: Drive the organization's transition from low-code/no-code AI experimentation toward scalable, enterprise-grade pro-code AI solutions that meet security, governance, and performance requirements. Technical Qualifications & Skills Expected 8+ years of experience in technology, with strong hands-on AI solution delivery experience. Deep expertise in Azure AI Foundry, Microsoft Copilot Studio . Proven experience designing and delivering end-to-end AI solutions from use case discovery through implementation. Strong understanding of AI architecture, including RAG, AI Agents, LLMs, and Azure-based AI services . Experience building AI solutions within the Microsoft ecosystem . Ability to engage and influence technology leaders and business stakeholders. Comfortable leading AI workshops, training teams, and driving AI adoption across the organization. Experience mentoring engineers and supporting the transition from low-code/no-code to enterprise-scale AI development .
