About the role Bistrochat Software Limited is seeking a Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team in Bangkok on a full-time basis . This is a strategic position where you will be instrumental in driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base. As a Sales Representative, you will be the face of Bistrochat Software Limited, building relationships with potential clients and converting opportunities into long-term partnerships. Your success in this role will directly impact the company's market presence and financial performance. What you'll be doing Identifying and prospecting new business opportunities within the Bangkok market and beyond Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and potential customers Presenting and demonstrating software solutions tailored to client needs and objectives Preparing and delivering compelling sales proposals and quotations Negotiating contracts and closing deals to meet or exceed sales targets Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and sales pipeline data Collaborating with the marketing team to develop targeted sales strategies Providing feedback to product and service teams based on customer insights Attending industry events, trade shows and networking opportunities to promote our solutions Ensuring exceptional customer service and follow-up throughout the sales process What we're looking for Proven track record in B2B sales, preferably in software or technology solutions Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse clients Self-motivated and results-driven with the ability to work independently and as part of a team Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple sales opportunities simultaneously Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) systems Knowledge of sales methodologies and techniques Ability to understand technical concepts and translate them into customer benefits Fluency in English and Thai (both written and verbal); additional languages are advantageous A bachelor's degree in business, sales, marketing or a related field, or equivalent professional experience Willingness to travel occasionally to meet clients and attend business events What we offer At Bistrochat Software Limited, we are committed to creating a rewarding workplace where our employees can thrive and grow.
