About the role As the Licensing Executive/Senior Licensing Executive, you will play a crucial role in the administration of IP licensing activities and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. What you'll be doing Support licensing sales and business development activities, prepare proposals and presentations and related sales materials. Liaise with licensees and internal teams on launches, contract tracking, design approvals and royalty reports. Assist in running a wide range of merchandise, promotion products and events for clients. Monitor sales and promotion performance with quality deliverables; maintain data quality. Providing day-to-day clerical and administrative support to the team. Support team members and perform any ad hoc assignments or projects assigned by team head. What we're looking for 1–4 years of relevant experience is preferred; less experienced candidates are welcome to apply. Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications or other related disciplines. Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Mandarin. Proficient in Microsoft Office and Powerpoint is a must. Great enthusiasm in IP Character is a plus. Able to work under pressure with strong project management and analytical skills. Attentive to details, proactive, creative and able to work on multi-tasks, with strong self-motivation. Experience in or knowledge of overseas markets is an advantage. Candidates with more experience will be considered as Senior Licensing Executive.
