Application Support Specialist - English required

We are looking for a bright, enthusiastic team member interested in joining our fast-growing global software development company. Our company is a world leader in software solutions for the mobility industry. We have offices in Bangkok, London, Toronto, and Melbourne and are looking to expand further. The successful candidate will work primarily with the Application Support team. This team is responsible for helping our client base to use our product more effectively as well as diagnosing and testing issues. The team also provides direct support to staff in our branch offices who do the on-site implementations and training. The role is ideal for an experienced person with excellent communication skills and fluency in English . There are opportunities for on-site work and possible international travel for the right candidate. Your responsibilities will include Work with clients or overseas team members to enhance features of the software during client implementation or software release phases Troubleshooting and providing business solutions to client requests or issues Test and provide feedback on new software features Communicating and resolving the above issues via Jira platform to clients, stakeholders or team Basic Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or higher in IT related field Fluent English skills communication in both written and verbal (English language certificate is beneficial) Proficient or 2 years of experience in technical support Familiar with M365 technologies A strong work ethic, reliability, adaptability, and good team player Ability to multitask and prioritize work accordingly Ability to think outside the box, we need problem solvers What you will get Enjoy working with highly skilled and talented teams A fun, vibrant, and casual office community A generous medical allowance A five-day work week (mostly remote - 4 DAYS WORK FROM HOME) 10 days’ vacation leave per Year Well-Performed = Bonus!!
