HR Projects & Change Management Lead end-to-end HR projects (diagnostics, business case, design, pilot, rollout, evaluation), ensuring clear milestones, risks, and stakeholder alignment. Manage change initiatives (communications, training, adoption tracking) to support new HR programs/systems/processes/activities. Coordinate cross-functional governance, track project status, and report outcomes to leadership. Drive digital transformation in HR (e.g., HRIS/LMS integrations, analytics dashboards) in collaboration with HR & IT. Learning & Development (L&D) Execute Training Roadmap (leadership, functional, compliance, regulatory) into Curriculum, Courses Content and blended learning experiences (online, classroom, on-the-job etc.) which matches to each levels/functions. Manage the learning cycle: training needs analysis, curriculum design, vendor/partner management, delivery, evaluation Maintain training records, completion rates, and budget; ensure audit compliance and data accuracy. Enable manager capability (coaching, feedback, development conversations) and promote a continuous learning culture. Talent Management & Succession Drive individual development plans (IDPs), career paths, and targeted interventions. high-potential identification using validated criteria. Partner with business leaders to build succession pipelines for critical roles and monitor readiness/risk. Performance Management Manage the performance management cycle (goal setting/OKRs, mid-year, year-end, calibration, rewards linkage) and ensure timeliness and effective outcomes. Develop and maintain performance policies, guides, rubrics, and communications, train managers and employees. Use analytics to monitor distribution, bias, and quality of objectives; recommend improvements for tool/process. Culture & Engagement Initiate and drive engagement program/activities. Support culture programs aligned to the company’s values; collaborate on engagement surveys and action planning. Track participation, facilitate action planning workshops, and monitor follow-through. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in HR, Organizational Development or related field 6–10+ years of HR/OD experience with demonstrable results in L&D, performance management, and talent management. Strong project/program management skills; experience leading cross-functional initiatives, self-driven, and attention to details. Proficient in HR analytics; comfort with dashboards and data storytelling. Excellent facilitation, stakeholder management, and communication skills. Fluent Thai and English (written and spoken).
