ALL NOW Logistics is an integrated logistics service provider offering end-to-end solutions across transportation, warehousing, distribution, cross-border logistics, and logistics consulting. We combine operational expertise, technology, and a strong nationwide network to deliver reliable and flexible solutions that meet the needs of different businesses. We are looking for a DevOps/Cloud Infrastructure Engineer to join our team. This isn't a "fetch the coffee" kind of internship—you’ll be right in the engine room, helping us manage multi-cloud environments (AWS, GCP, and Tencent Cloud) and building the bridges between code and production. We don’t expect you to be an expert in everything on day one, but we do expect curiosity, a love for Linux, and a "security-first" mindset. Key Responsibilities ● Container Orchestration: Support our container environments, managing deployments including Kubernetes. ● Pipeline Maintenance: Keep our CI/CD workflows (Git/GitLab/Bitbucket) running smoothly so our developers can ship code with confidence. ● Cloud Operations: Help manage resources across AWS, GCP, and Tencent Cloud , ensuring optimal performance and cost-efficiency. ● Monitor & Log: Keep a watchful eye on system health and application logs to troubleshoot issues before they become "emergencies." ● Security & AI: Implement access management policies, alert and experiment with AI prompt engineering to optimize our internal DevOps workflows. ● Building the "Source of Truth": Author and maintain high-quality documentation for infrastructure architecture, deployment workflows, and disaster recovery procedures. Technical Requirements We’ve built a modern stack, and we want someone who is excited to master it: ● Cloud Literacy: Basic experience or strong theoretical knowledge of AWS, GCP, or Tencent Cloud . ● Containerization: Familiarity with Docker (building images, multi-stage builds, and optimization). ● The Command Line: Comfort with Linux Bash —you should feel at home in a terminal. ● Version Control: Solid understanding of Git workflows. ● Service Knowledge: General awareness of RDBMS, MongoDB, Kafka, or MQ systems. Monitoring, upgrade, backup, restore operation. ● Kubernetes Knowledge: Basic understanding of K8s cluster, including Helm chart development, ingress controllers, and troubleshooting complex issues.

Here's how to pick the right one and stand out in your application.

That number is real. WorkMundi's database shows 144,883 open engineer roles across the world. India has the most with 31,687 jobs, followed by the United States with 30,084. If you just finished reading one job ad and felt paralyzed by choice, you're not alone—but this scale is actually an advantage. It means you can afford to be selective.

Start by geography and language. The majority of engineer ads—117,837 of them—have the job posting text written in English. Use that as one filter, but remember: the ad text language tells you nothing about whether the role actually requires you to speak English day-to-day. Read the job description carefully. Then check which countries have the volume you're targeting. Singapore, Poland, and Australia round out the top five after India and the US.

Next, learn who's hiring. Accenture has posted 2,801 engineer roles. andurilindustries, speechify, and jobgether are also actively recruiting. If you're applying to one of these names, research their hiring patterns and interview style before you apply. That homework pays off.

When you interview, expect the question every engineer hears: 'Tell me about a time you had to debug a problem that wasn't in your job description.' Have a specific story ready—not a general one. Name the tools, the deadline pressure, and what you learned. Hiring managers listen for whether you see problem-solving as part of the role itself, not a favour.
