Duties and Responsibilities Essential Plan and execute events ranging from small group training to large-scale conferences, recognition events, roadshows, and incentive trips. Build strong relationships with Brand Partners and key leaders to support business growth and engagement. Coordinate and deliver training, recognition, and development programs. Work closely with internal teams, vendors, and external partners to ensure successful event execution. Develop presentations, communications, and event materials. Support product launches, promotional campaigns, and field activities. Monitor business performance and provide insights to support market development initiatives. Creative, entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for bringing new ideas to life. Additional Travel domestically and internationally on weekends and nights as required at USANA events. Provide General Administrative support to team. Perform other duties or ad hoc projects as assigned or needed. Qualifications/Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Requirements Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Communications, Event Management, or a related discipline. Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in event management, marketing, field development, customer engagement, or a related area. Proven experience organizing events of various sizes and managing multiple projects simultaneously. Outgoing, proactive, and confident with strong interpersonal and communication skills. Creative thinker who enjoys generating fresh ideas and turning them into action. Strong interpersonal skills with attention to detail. Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel. Experience with Canva and basic video editing tools (e.g. CapCut, Canva Video or similar applications) Fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin and English. Willing to travel and work occasional evenings or weekends when required. Candidate with less experience will be considered as Sales Executive
