1. Learning & Development / HRD วางแผนและพัฒนากลยุทธ์ด้าน Learning & Development ให้สอดคล้องกับเป้าหมายขององค์กร วิเคราะห์ Training Needs และจัดทำ Training Needs Analysis (TNA) เพื่อค้นหาความต้องการในการพัฒนาบุคลากร วางแผน Training Roadmap และหลักสูตรพัฒนาบุคลากรในแต่ละระดับ/สายงาน ออกแบบและพัฒนาโครงการฝึกอบรมทั้ง In-house Training, On-the-Job Training และ External Training ประสานงานวิทยากร ผู้ให้บริการฝึกอบรม และหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง ติดตามและประเมินผลการฝึกอบรม รวมถึงวัดผลลัพธ์และประสิทธิภาพของโครงการ พัฒนาระบบ Career Development / Individual Development Plan (IDP) เพื่อสนับสนุนการเติบโตของพนักงาน 2. Performance & People Development สนับสนุนการพัฒนาระบบ KPI และ Performance Management ร่วมพัฒนาระบบ Competency และแนวทางการประเมินศักยภาพบุคลากร วิเคราะห์ช่องว่างด้านทักษะและศักยภาพของพนักงาน เพื่อจัดทำแผนพัฒนาอย่างเหมาะสม สนับสนุนการวางแผน Succession Plan และ Talent Development ให้คำแนะนำแก่หัวหน้างานและผู้จัดการเกี่ยวกับการพัฒนาทีมงาน 3. HR Management สนับสนุนและควบคุมงาน HR ในภาพรวม ได้แก่ Recruitment, HR Operations, Payroll, Compensation & Benefits และ Employee Relations วางแผนอัตรากำลังและติดตามผลการดำเนินงานให้สอดคล้องกับ KPI ขององค์กร ให้คำปรึกษาด้านการบริหารบุคลากรและกฎหมายแรงงานแก่ผู้จัดการและหัวหน้างาน พัฒนาและปรับปรุงนโยบาย กระบวนการ และระบบงาน HR ให้มีประสิทธิภาพ 4. HR Data & Reporting วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้าน HR และจัดทำ HR Dashboard / HR Report เพื่อใช้ประกอบการตัดสินใจ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้าน Training, Turnover, Performance และ Manpower จัดทำรายงานและนำเสนอข้อมูลด้าน HR ต่อผู้บริหาร 5. Team Management บริหารและพัฒนาทีม HR พร้อมติดตามผลการปฏิบัติงานให้บรรลุเป้าหมาย สร้างความร่วมมือกับผู้บริหาร หัวหน้างาน และหน่วยงานต่าง ๆ เพื่อผลักดันงาน HR ให้เกิดขึ้นจริง คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร ปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป สาขาทรัพยากรบุคคล บริหารธุรกิจ จิตวิทยา หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง มีประสบการณ์ด้าน HR อย่างน้อย 5 ปี และมีประสบการณ์ระดับหัวหน้างาน/บริหารทีมอย่างน้อย 2-3 ปี มีประสบการณ์ด้าน HRD / Learning & Development / Training อย่างชัดเจน มีประสบการณ์ในการทำ TNA, Training Roadmap, Training Plan และ Training Evaluation หากมีประสบการณ์ด้าน Competency, KPI, Performance Management, IDP หรือ Succession Plan จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ มีความรู้ด้าน HRM ในภาพรวม ทั้ง Recruitment, HR Operations, Payroll, C&B และ Employee Relations มีความรู้ด้านกฎหมายแรงงานและสามารถนำมาประยุกต์ใช้ในการทำงานได้ สามารถใช้ Microsoft Excel ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลและจัดทำ HR Report / Dashboard ได้ดี มีภาวะผู้นำ สามารถบริหารทีมและประสานงานกับผู้บริหารและหัวหน้างานได้ มีทักษะการนำเสนอ การสื่อสาร และการจัด Training / Workshop มีความคิดเชิงระบบและมุ่งเน้นผลลัพธ์ สามารถทำงานหลายด้านและบริหารจัดลำดับความสำคัญได้ดี หากมีประสบการณ์ใน ธุรกิจบริการ คลินิก โรงพยาบาล หรือองค์กรที่มีหลายสาขา จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
