Company Summary: Textile manufacturing Location: Prachinburi Job Reference: KSM 26-157 JOB DESCRIPTION: Manage import and export operations to ensure compliance with BOI privileges, Customs regulations, and company policies Coordinate with internal departments, freight forwarders, customs brokers, government authorities, and other relevant parties to ensure smooth import-export operations Prepare, verify, and control import-export documentation, including invoices, customs declarations, Bills of Lading (B/L), and other shipping documents Coordinate with freight forwarders to arrange and book cargo shipments based on operational requirements and delivery schedules Review transportation costs, monitor shipment status, and proactively follow up on potential delays to ensure timely delivery Coordinate closely with Warehouse, Domestic Sales, International Sales, and Customer Service teams to ensure accurate shipment planning and smooth cargo flow Maintain accurate import-export records and update transaction data in the system for monthly reporting and operational tracking Monitor import-export transactions and identify documentation or compliance issues to minimize operational risks and potential customs-related delays Prepare monthly import-export reports and provide relevant information to management and internal stakeholders as required Further duties will be discussed with a consultant in the interview session. QUALIFICATION: Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, International Business, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. At least 2–3 years of experience in Import & Export, Customs procedures, International shipping procedures, and BOI Experience working in a BOI-promoted manufacturing company will be an advantage. Proficient in computers, including Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Outlook, and ERP systems Good command of English Salary: Up to THB 30,000 ( based on qualifications and experience) Benefits: Bonus, Group Insurance (OPD/IPD), Provident Fund, and other attractive benefits.
