About the role Export Sales Section Manager responsible for driving and managing the team's sales performance to achieve monthly and annual targets, while controlling profit margins in line with the organization's objectives. The role involves pioneering new markets, expanding distribution channels, and developing comprehensive business strategies for international operations. Key responsibilities Drive and manage the team's sales performance to achieve monthly and annual targets, while controlling profit margins in line with the organization's objectives Develop a comprehensive diversification strategy across product groups and distribution channels to reduce exposure to external factors and strengthen adaptability Pioneer new markets and pursue business opportunities in new countries, while identifying and building strong relationships with new clients Expand B2B and B2G sales networks, including government bidding projects and large-scale real estate development projects Plan strategies to drive sales for new product lines, and contribute analysis and recommendations for product development Propose and plan promotional programs that meet customer needs, managing them for maximum effectiveness within the allocated budget Plan and execute trade marketing activities, coordinate the production of point-of-sale marketing materials, and represent the organization at international trade shows Prepare international business plans and define proactive and reactive operating strategies for both short term and long term Review and analyze data from weekly and monthly sales reports to assess market trends, manage risk, and promptly refine the team's sales strategy About you Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field Direct experience in export sales, with a solid understanding of export business structures and international logistics processes Strong leadership ability, capable of managing, motivating, and developing a team to effectively drive shared goals Sharp business vision, strong understanding of market conditions, and solid knowledge of international marketing Highly flexible with a positive attitude, and confident in solving problems and making decisions under challenging and uncertain situations Excellent English communication skills — listening, speaking, reading, and writing — at a business professional level Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for data management and presentations Holds a valid driver's license and able to travel regularly for overseas work assignments or market surveys (average 1–2 weeks per month)
