Our client is a global renown spirit brand Responsibilities: Partner closely with the sales team to identify and develop new business opportunities across supermarket chains, convenience stores, discounters and liquor shops. Proactively build and strengthen relationships with key buyers at major retail accounts to drive long-term partnership and growth. Lead trading term negotiations to secure favourable commercial agreements that maximise company sales revenue and profitability. Collaborate with the Brand team to plan and execute brand activation and promotional campaigns that deliver measurable results. Develop and implement effective sales strategies and promotional programmes to achieve distribution and sales targets. Analyse sales reports and market data, gather competitive intelligence, and translate insights into actionable business strategies. Manage and optimise A&P budgets in line with agreed brand plans, ensuring expenditure remains aligned with sales objectives and delivers strong ROI. Requirements: University degree in Business, Marketing or a related discipline. Minimum 5-7 years' solid experience in the Wine or Spirits industry, with an established network in the Off-Trade channel strongly preferred. Proven negotiation skills with a demonstrable track record of launching successful sales campaigns and driving revenue growth. Results-oriented, data-driven and commercially sharp, with strong strategic thinking ability. Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese.
