Executive Chinese Language & Business Specialist

Responsibilities Provide Traditional Chinese language training to the Chief and senior executives, focusing on practical communication and banking and financial business contexts. Develop and customize lessons, materials, and vocabulary based on executives’ roles, business needs, and learning objectives. Prepare executives for Chinese-language communication in meetings, presentations, business discussions, and interactions with Chinese-speaking clients and business partners. Provide guidance on language usage, pronunciation, business terminology, etiquette, and cultural differences. Monitor language development and adjust training approaches based on executives’ needs. Provide Chinese-Thai/English interpretation and translation support for business-related matters when required. Support communication and coordination with Chinese-speaking clients, partners, and stakeholders. Maintain strict confidentiality and perform other assignments as required. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Chinese Language, Education, Translation & Interpretation, Business Administration, International Business, or related fields. Excellent command of Traditional Chinese (繁體中文) in speaking, listening, reading, and writing. Strong Thai communication skills and good English proficiency. Experience teaching Chinese to senior executives, business professionals, or adult learners is highly preferred. Experience in Chinese interpretation/translation is an advantage. Strong understanding of business Chinese, with the ability to communicate in banking and financial contexts. Professional, mature, approachable, and able to work closely with senior executives. Proactive, flexible, detail-oriented, and able to handle confidential information with discretion.
