Product Manager – Digital Investment & Trading Platform

About the Role We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to handle the development of digital investment and trading platforms, serving both everyday investors and active traders. The role will be responsible for understanding user needs, defining product strategy and roadmap, and working closely with Business, UX/UI, and Technology teams to deliver intuitive, reliable, and high-performing digital experiences. Key Responsibilities Define product vision, strategy, roadmap, and priorities across digital investment and trading experiences. Conduct user research and analyze customer behavior to identify pain points and opportunities for improvement. Design and enhance product features that simplify investment journeys while supporting advanced trading needs. Work closely with UX/UI, Tech Leads, developers, and QA to translate product requirements into user stories and deliver high-quality products. Manage product backlog, sprint progress, UAT, and product releases. Analyze user feedback, product performance, and market trends to drive continuous product improvement. Ensure product features and workflows meet relevant financial regulations and security standards. Qualifications Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, IT, or related fields. Minimum 5 years of experience in Product Management, Product Ownership, or a related digital product role . Experience developing digital products, mobile applications, FinTech, investment platforms, brokerage/trading platforms, or B2C products . Strong understanding of user-centered product development and experience working with cross-functional teams. Knowledge of financial markets, investment products, or trading workflows is highly preferred. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum and tools such as Jira, Figma, FigJam, or Miro. Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Good command of English is an advantage.
