We are a hands-on team where people work closely across sales, marketing, operations, logistics and e-commerce. This role is important because it helps make sure that what we sell actually reaches our retailers and customers correctly and on time. About the Role We are looking for a reliable and organized Sales Coordinator (Retail & E-Commerce) to support our daily sales operations. Around 60% of the role is offline retail operations and 40% is e-commerce operations . Your main daily work will be processing retailer orders, coordinating deliveries and returns, monitoring stock and following up with retailers, warehouses and fulfillment partners. You will also support Shopee, Lazada and TikTok Shop operations. You do not need experience in both offline and e-commerce operations . If you have solid hands-on experience in one area and are willing to learn the other, we would like to hear from you. What You Will Do Retail Orders & Deliveries Enter and check retailer orders accurately every day. Coordinate with retailers, warehouse and logistics partners to ensure orders are delivered correctly and on time. Arrange and follow up product-return pickups from retail stores. Inventory & Fulfillment Monitor online and offline stock daily and flag potential out-of-stock risks early. Update stock forecasts using the company's existing formulas and rules. Follow up with warehouse and fulfillment partners when orders, stock or deliveries have problems. E-Commerce Operations Monitor orders across Shopee, Lazada and TikTok Shop and help ensure they are shipped within platform deadlines. Check product listings, prices, stock, vouchers and campaign setup. Flag cancellation, late-shipment, pricing or platform issues early. Retailer, Vendor & CS Coordination Communicate directly with retailers, logistics providers and fulfillment partners about routine operational issues. Follow up until issues are resolved rather than only passing information between teams. Support our freelance online CS team when they need internal information about orders, stock, delivery or promotions. Reporting & Daily Operations Keep order, stock and operational records accurate and up to date. Cross-check information and raise issues when numbers or records do not match. Support occasional retail activities and other operational tasks when needed. What We’re Looking For 1–3 years of hands-on experience in at least one of these areas: Sales Coordination / Sales Support Retail or Order Operations Inventory / Logistics Coordination E-Commerce Marketplace Operations Comfortable using Excel or Google Sheets and learning company systems. Detail-oriented and careful with orders, prices, stock and documents. Comfortable speaking directly with retailers, warehouses and outside vendors. Able to follow up independently and keep track of several open tasks. Able to notice when information does not match and raise the issue early. Comfortable receiving direct feedback and adjusting your work. Good Thai communication and working English. Bachelor's degree in any field. E-Commerce experience is a plus, not a requirement Experience with Shopee Seller Centre, Lazada Seller Center or TikTok Shop Seller Center is helpful. If your background is mainly offline sales coordination, retail operations, inventory or logistics, we are still interested. Likewise, candidates with e-commerce operations experience who are willing to learn offline retail order processing are welcome to apply. Weekend Support Occasional scheduled remote weekend support is part of this role, mainly when the online CS team needs help with an urgent order, stock, delivery or customer issue. This normally involves brief checking and coordination rather than full-day weekend work. What Success Looks Like After learning our processes, you should be able to: Process daily retail orders accurately and on time. Keep track of deliveries, returns and stock without needing constant reminders. Communicate confidently with retailers and fulfillment partners. Identify problems early and resolve routine issues within company rules. Support both offline and online operations reliably.
