Eastern Seaboard Industrial Estate, Rayong, Thailand Job roles and responsibilities: To establish and implement Occupational Safety Health and Environment (OSHA) policy as well as its practical guidance for the company. All regular and occasional liaisons with Government officials and private sectors including legal registration as Company’s Safety Officer recommended by safety law requirement are also included as his/her accountability. The jobholder must have sufficiently additional skills of interpersonal communication, presentation, and negotiation in order to be able to convince people at all levels to be cooperative in safety measures. To ensure that CBAS complies to all Thai safety regulations according to Thai laws. To ensure that all safety rules, regulations, fire protection equipment are installed, operational and tested to both Thai law and insurance requirement. Training and coaching in EHS management system to relevant departments and employees to increase EHS knowledge, understanding, skill and attitude to safety awareness behavior. To conduct safety awareness training to the appropriate staff to comply with Thai law and also to train departmental team safety. Lead, Coordinate EHS committees and act as secretary to increase effectiveness of EHS committee Sleeves Operations Rayong Plant performance. To conduct safety checks, install regarding systems and investigate accidents/ incidents and make solutions and preventive proposals. To conduct periodical ‘Fire Evacuations’. To monitor success or failure of safety, occupational health and environment and also report it regularly to the superior or CBAS-management. To take the prompt responsibility of counteraction on every critical emergency case leading the danger or unsafe risk to the Company’s assets and its human resources. To coordinate with Administration team regarding security measure related safety. Conducting EHS audit periodically and proceeding timely problem solving to complete the task. Support Safety Requirements and activities, safety orientation, safety consultants, coordinate incident report safety audit and ensure safety regulation and compliance related with OSHA, ISO 45001, ISO 14001 are in place. Responsible to join, co-operate and follow all implementations/ activities concerning the company rules & regulations, Code of Conduct, Data Privacy, Anti-Bribery and Anti-Corruption, Acceptable Use Policy, Basic Security Awareness, Advance Security Awareness, Information Protection, Competencies Framework, Social Media Guideline, safety & quality systems, QMS, BRC, Halal, ISO, Food Safety, Environmental Health and Safety. Other tasks as assigned by superior. Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree or above in Occupational Health Science or Safety Engineering or Occupational Health Science. (Required) Possess a valid Hazardous Substance Safety Supervisor Certificate (Bor.Chor.4) . Have experience 3-5 years in leading EHS activities according to Thai safety, occupational health and environment regulations.
