About the role Our client is seeking an IT Transformation Analyst to join Global CIO organization, reporting directly to the Global IT Transformation Director. This role serves as a key enabler for operational excellence. The successful candidate will assess existing workflows across project portfolio management, financial reporting, investment planning, and strategic governance, identifying opportunities to leverage AI, Microsoft Copilot, and the Power Platform to automate processes, generate actionable insights, and enhance decision-making at a global scale. Key responsibilities Evaluate current IT operations, project pipelines, and financial reporting workflows to identify opportunities for embedding MS Copilot and automation capabilities. Transform existing Power Apps and Power Automate solutions into AI-powered applications and intelligent workflows, leveraging Microsoft Copilot and AI capabilities to enhance automation, decision-making, and business outcomes. Leverage AI and Power BI to deliver insightful dashboards and predictive analytics that provide IT leaders with real-time visibility and decision support for global IT investments, portfolio performance, and strategic outcomes. Assist in aligning solutions with global IT governance standards and provide functional training to cross-functional teams on Agentic AI and Copilot best practices. About you At least 5 years of hands-on experience in developing and deploying solutions utilizing the Microsoft Power Platform ecosystem. Solid understanding of Microsoft Copilot capabilities, prompt engineering, or AI Builder integration within corporate operations. Experience using Power BI for data modeling, visualization, and reporting, and sound familiar of relational database concepts and MS SQL. Foundational knowledge of IT project management frameworks, corporate financial reporting, or strategic planning processes. Fluent in English (written and spoken) with the professional capability to present technical solutions clearly to stakeholders.
