HR Plant Manager

Budget : 60,000 - 100,000 THB Location : Prachin Buri Job Description Lead full-spectrum HR operations including Recruitment, Employee Relations, Payroll, Compensation & Benefits, Training & Development, and HR Administration Develop and implement HR policies, strategies, and practices aligned with business goals Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning Drive employee engagement, performance, disciplinary processes, and labor law compliance Oversee payroll, social security, personal income tax, attendance, and employee welfare programs Support talent development through training, competency management, career development, and succession planning Manage office administration, facilities, company assets, security, and general affairs activities Requirement Fluent in English and native Thai (both written and spoken). Proven HR management experience within a manufacturing environment. Strong knowledge of Thai labor law and HR best practices. Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
